1. Satisfaction Support
We offer a 60-day satisfaction support period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 60 days of delivery to discuss your options.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible: contact us within 60 days; provide your order number; return the product (if requested) in its original packaging. Opened products may be subject to partial refund at our discretion.
3. Process
Contact us at reply@slexironuadhap.world with your order details. We will respond within 5 business days. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
5. Exceptions
We may refuse refunds for: products purchased more than 60 days ago; products not in original condition; suspected fraud or abuse.
6. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. This is in addition to our 60-day satisfaction support.
